Designed by LSA Architects and built by Project Build this stunning Curva House has elements of Contemporary and Modern style.
The modern extension to the rear of an existing period home in East Malvern takes full advantage of the expansive landscaped yard and entertainment area designed by Jack Merlo. The luxurious pool is connected to the modern extension through a series of bi-fold and sliding doors as well as large picture frame fixed windows.
The name Curva House comes from the dramatic curve style pavilion. It is a contradiction to the perfectly clean linear form expressed in the extension incorporates and is a real stand out feature to the whole property. The pavilion’s bi-fold door utilize Thermeco’s EC55TB profile which provides all the weather proofing and thermal performance needed when closed and the ultimate entertainment area when fully opened.
