Coming Up in 2021

Naturally with the beginning of a new year comes reflection on the last year and vision and planning for the year ahead. Here at Thermeco, we have started 2021 full steam ahead with many major projects almost competed and much anticipation and excitement for projects we are yet to start. 

Our Licensees across Australia and New Zealand are busy with many amazing and creative projects coming up for 2021. There is so much to share, here are just a few projects we have coming as nearly completed and beginning soon:

835 High St, Armadale VIC

835 High St Armadale is a pursuit of balanced perfection across luxury and lifestyle. Featuring 26 spacious apartments, including two spectacular rooftop penthouses, 835 High Street is the result of years of meticulous research and detailing by one of Australia’s most recognised and influential design teams.

Lumi Apartments - Canberra

Lumi Collection consists 145 apartments between 2 Towers with a combined 20 levels! Thermeco windows throughout each apartment and the project us almost completed.

Alvie Rd, Mount Waverley, VIC

Luxury development in Mount Waverley due to be completed by September 2021. Construction has commenced. These homes will be fitted with Secco Brass systems.

The Highway - Melbourne

Featuring all our products, Secco and a large KELLER minimal windows sliding door connecting to the sun-drenched pool area. This project is almost complete and we cannot wait to share the final stages and photos.

Blairgowrie House, VIC

Beach side Escape in a dreamy part of Melbourne. Earthy tones and materials fitting in perfectly with nature. Thermeco windows and doors throughout - project has commenced. Stay tuned!
